Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using www.mallikajain.com (the "Site"), operated by Oonga Enterprises ("Oonga Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, products, courses, downloads, and services offered on or through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
Accessing the Site
We may modify, suspend, or withdraw the Site or any part of it without notice, and we will not be liable if the Site is unavailable at any time. Accounts and security
If you create an account or are given login credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at connect@mallikajain.com of any unauthorized use. We may disable any account at our discretion if we believe you have breached these Terms.
Purchases
If you purchase a product, course, download, or service through the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; by submitting your information you authorize us and those providers to charge your chosen payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect error, fraud, or an unauthorized transaction. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, downloads, videos, audio, and their selection and arrangement — are owned by Oonga Enterprises or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may use the Site and any materials you lawfully purchase for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. "Mallika Jain," associated logos, and brand elements are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.
User contributions
If the Site allows you to post comments, reviews, or other content ("User Contributions"), you are solely responsible for what you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You represent that you own or control the rights to anything you post and that it complies with these Terms. We may remove any User Contribution at our discretion.
Content standards and prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Site to post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates anyone's privacy or rights. You also agree not to: use the Site in violation of any applicable law; impersonate any person or entity; transmit unsolicited advertising or spam; introduce viruses or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or interfere with the Site's operation.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and all content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See our Disclaimer for details. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oonga Enterprises and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products or services obtained through it. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you will not exceed the greater of CAD $500 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oonga Enterprises and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oonga Enterprises regarding the Site.
